Years 1995-2001 “Mayerthaler Automation”

The company MLogics had its beginnings in the Year 1995 in Germany under the Name of “Mayerthaler Automation” and developed the system “BatchGuide “, which is the direct ancestor of our present system “BatchXpert”. The system “BatchGuide” implemented a completely innovative and modern system for its time, and was designed to control whole processes, like brewing or pharmaceutical processes. The System “BatchGuide” was used by various brewing companies in the world as automation system in its facilities and achieved an wide acceptance among its users for being a very complete system with many function, but also having an user-friendly interface. This system is still in use until today.

Year 2006 “MLogics Uruguay”

In 2006 Montevideo, Uruguay the founder of “Mayerthaler Automation”, Richard Mayerthaler, founded the company “MLogics” in order to implement a platform that could implement automation projects all over the world. In this period also began the development of our current system automation “BatchXpert“, the successor of the “BatchGuide” System. Since then MLogics has developed several projects and process technologies, focused on the food industry and brewing, as well as in other fields of production Industries.

Year 2011 “MLogics Chile”

Making an analysis of the growing needs of the Chilean industry, MLogics founded an office in Santiago de Chile in 2011, directed by Stefan Hasensperling, to provide services directly to the Chilean market. Since then, Mlogics Chile has developed and implemented various projects in different areas such as food production, mining and energy.

Year 2012 “BatchXpert”

The BatchXpert system is developed and released in its first version to the market for process control systems. The first projects are implemented with the system. Subsequent ports of the system to S7-1200, Allen Bradley and various Scada systems are carried out.

Year 2020 “VisXpert”

MLogics enters into an agreement with the Gefasoft company to continue with the maintenance and future development of the SCADA GraphPic system of the Gefasoft company. The GraphPic system is renamed “VisXpert” and is incorporated into the BatchXpert system as a SCADA system. Knowledge and source code transfer was completed in order to maintain the GraphPic system.

Partnerships

Since its founding, MLogics has created several partnerships with different companies in the automation industry like “GEFASOFT“, “VIPA” and “BrauKon” .
